We send our domestic packages exclusively with DHL. Insured shipping takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment, deliveries to packing stations and parcel shops are also possible:

Deliveries outside the EU may incur local customs duties and taxes, as well as costs for money transfers through banks (e.g. bank transfer or exchange rate fees). Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be perfect and undamaged in their original condition, including the hang tags and labels. Please always use the Put the delivery note in the package. At this point, we would like to point out that we do not accept duty-unpaid returns from outside the EU and will automatically return them to the sender. The return shipment is always at your own expense, please always use the following address for this purpose:

We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly and to send them back to us carefully and considerately in the event of a return. If the goods show stains or other damage when you return them, we unfortunately cannot take them back and have to send them back to you.

In the case of a personal return, the goods must be handed over to us in the original packaging including the delivery note. After proper verification, the refund will be made via the originally selected payment method.

Even if returns are generally chargeable, we have here linked to our returns portal for you and would always ask you to state the reason for your return. This allows us to incorporate your needs and wishes even more specifically into product development and at the same time make a sustainable contribution to our environment.
