Who we are
We are a fashion company from Hamburg founded in 2018 with a focus on e-commerce. For us, sustainable and high-quality products are the core of our work to inspire customers with timeless and sophisticated styles. After we were able to gain a lot of positive experiences with our stationary shop space last year, we now want to further expand our stationary business. We look forward to welcoming customers again soon with a new store design on 2 floors at Alter Wall 12. That's why we're looking for an open-minded and reliable sales manager assistant for the opening in September to support us in the long-term in developing the store and in advising customers.
Your qualifications
- Completed training or academic degree with a commercial orientation
- Experience as a manager in textile retail
- Knowledge of goods and materials
- Very good language skills in German and English

- Strong hands-on mentality
- Strong awareness of conflict resolution and customer needs
- Empathy and team player
Your responsibilities
- Support for the economic and organizational management of the store
- Monitoring of sales activities in compliance with predefined KPIs
- cash management
- Support and motivation of the team
- Warehouse management and organization
- Support in the development of POS campaigns and promotional strategies including visual merchandising
- Taking on customer service activities online and offline
- if necessary, support in personnel planning
